This doesn't answer your question but I saw Sean Wright Philips in the local barbers on the High Street the other day - apparently he comes here to get his hair cut (he'll be looking for one in Man City soon

Exhibition blues
On Savvy's recommendation we went down to check out the Exhibition Rooms in Crystal palace and found the decor of this restaurant very impressive, sheer elegance and light and gorg chandeliers. That was ALL that was impressive - unfortunately the quality of the chic interior couldn't be more differe...

Midsummer magic
I agree with Jonekt and Savvy - went to the Dolphin on Tuesday and had a wonderful evening! Well done to all the performers of Midsummer - it was a dry although rather breezy evening but a truly magical night! I think the fab gardens would be a good home for some jazz singers/music. Or perhaps Comed...

The OLd HSBC
What Sydenham Road really needs at the old HSBC site is a trendy Spanish Tapas Bar. (Crystal palace has Los Torreros) So Certainly NOT a MacDs...

Food Glorious Food
From Savvy's wicked review recommending the Exhibition Rooms in CP, me and mine have decided to take a peek there. My salivary juices were aflow on reading the review! Will let you know how we get on and if we agree. Come on Savvy - at least we have our very own Dolphin which serves very good gastro...

Good stuff
Does anybody have Barry Tucker's (Hyde Housing) office number? It'll be useful to alert him to all the shenanigans that go on in Fairlawn park each and every time there's an incident - it all helps to assist Hyde Housing form a log of evidence relating to anti social behaviour in FP. It's important ...

Good stuff
Am looking forward to the local production of this ol' "Shakey" comedy. Wished I could help in any way but wil opt to enjoying the performance. Nice to know I don't have to go far for a bit of high culture. With the blues nights at the lion and shakey performances - all we need now is some...
