Looking for a place to store a bike - can you help?

I'm looking for a secure place to store a bike in the vicinity of Sydenham station. A small space in a garden shed or garage would be ideal.

In return I'm happy to pay a few quid (or make a donation to a charity of the shed/garage owner's choice). All I ask is that I have easy access to the bike and that I'm free to pick it up/drop it off at times to suit me (within reason).
