Hello,
I am looking for a personal trainer for myself and a friend in the Sydenham/Crystal Palace area.
Does anyone have any recommendations or are you a personal trainer looking for new clients?

Forgive me for being suspicious but this number is registered against a number of fitness organisations located at an address in SW16.

Hi,
The Personal Trainer lives local SE26 but works all over London. I have trained with him for years before having my baby. However if you are supicious then go with your gut feelings, there are hundreds of trainers out there

I use a very good trainer in beckenham. As I live on Newlands park its not that far, let me know if you would like info, thanks
