Access road?

Have recently purchased a flat on Sydenham road - but there is a shed load of rubbish - so much so that I will defo need a skip - does anyone know who if anyone manages the dirt road that runs from queensthorpe to Mayow road??

I had considered placing a skip on this road and causing less distruption than on the main road.

i have spoken the Lewisham council who asked who owns the dirt track - I don't know.

If anyone knows anything about this dirt track I would very much appreciate it
