Did you hire a car from Enterprise

Hi,
We had a hire car from Enterprise after some idiot in a coach drove into the back of us. It was a nightmare as it was when my wife was 36 weeks pregnant. The insurance company for the coach company were a pain in the arse unfriendly, unhelpful and arrogant (do not use ).

After begging them as we were in the last few weeks of pregnancy and being without a drivable car was not an option a week later they eventually paid for a hire car which we got from Enterprise (really nice guys, very friendly).

On one trip we put my wifes makeup bag under the driver seat. Then we did the inevitable. We left it there when we took it back.

When we went back to Enterprise the car had been hired again. They hadn't found the makeup bag in their clean up, but it was stuffed well under the seat so I'm not surprised.

When the car eventually came back from the person who hired it (the car was a Renault Megane in dark grey/black which is notable for doing about 20mpg) the makeup bag wasn't there.

If someone reading this did find a makeup bag in a hire car and thought 'finders keepers' please please please hand it in to enterprise and say where you found it. It's actually a lot of money to replace (in excess of £100). This was a few weeks now.

Hopefully someone will read this and do the right thing.

Really hope they see this or someone who knows the person who hired that car see this and do the right thing!
