Hi
I know it's a bit cheeky to recommend ourselves, but we do work with a lot of small businesses in London and provide them with a proactive accountancy service (without the London prices).
You can find out more about how we can help here: http://www.thewowcompany.com/locations/ ... ts-london/
Please call me on 07766 494976 if you'd like to find out more information. My e-mail is peter.czapp@thewowcompany.com
Kind regards,
Peter

Tiffany - I have sent you a PM about our accountants.
Peter - Good accountants in London can cost a lot less than Basingstoke. About 25% less! And you don't have the same problem getting your paperwork back and forth ...

@ tiffany. I'm afraid I don't know of an accountant to recommend, so just to say that one I used (not in Syd) was very good, no complaints. In retrospect I think they charged me as if I were walking in with the proverbial brown paper bag of receipts whereas what I was presenting was pretty much all set out for them already. It is worth sorting out beforehand what exactly it is that you want them to do before agreeing fees.
I reckon that what I agreed to and paid was money for old rope but in fairness, I didn't give a proper specification of what was required and having agreed the fee, it was a bit late to ask them to justify it with hourly costs or whatever. Bottom line is to be sure you know what you want to be done and thus know what you will be paying for.
