Forest hill in Times property section today

The Times does a feature called London Villages where they pick a different bit of London each week and give a general overview of the area. I'd been hoping that they would feature Sydenham but this is about as close as we are going to get for now. No particular insights but good to see the areas profile being raised a bit!

Didn't they do Sydenham last year, when they featured the Cator Road Bubble? Can't see them featuring SE26 again so soon.
