More details have been confirmed for the St John's Easter Fair (9th April, 1-4pm at St John's Church on Penge High Street) so it is really shaping up to be a great afternoon for young and old.
In addition to a whole host of arts, crafts, foods, local businesses, children's crafts, competitions and facepainting there will also be performances by Croydon Brass Band and the St John's School Choir.
If that's not enough, for younger visitors there will be:
1.15 - Diddi dance running a funky pre-school dance class, suitable for any under 5s who love dancing and moving to music.
2.30pm Stages UK are creating a memorable adventure for 5-8yrs, using masks, wings and wands, children will be able to create an exciting story to act out
3.30pm Messy Makers will be providing an art workshop for under fives with painting, printing, cutting, gluing, sticking and more.
Then for those of you in need of a bit of pampering “Beauty by Anna” will be offering:
- Free facial skin prescriptions - advice on concerns and how to treat them using dermalogica products (which will also be available for sale at 20% off RRP, or 40% if five or more are bought).
- 10 minute hand, feet or head massages for just £5 using a combination of Indian, Tui Na, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic drainage -(detoxing) techniques.
- Nail file and polish for just £5.
As she offers a mobile service she will also be taking bookings – including special offers on future bookings such as semi permanent individual eyelash extensions (normally £85 but for bookings made at the fair they will be £60).
Olivia Dwight will also be on hand to offer twenty minute tasters of Swedish, Reflexology and Thai massage for just £10.
