Yoga or Pilates in Sydenham

Have just moved to the area and looking for a yoga class or pilates class which starts after 7.15 as I work in Central London? Any recommendations?

I run a Hatha class every Monday evening at f h space in Forest Hill, which is just up the road from Sydenham. The class starts at 19:30. You can find all the details on my website:
