Cheap parking around Lewisham Hospital?

Does anyone know of any cheap parking places near the hospital - I mean as near as possible as I'll be having my baby imminently! It's 25p for 15 mins on Lewisham Park, but anything as near but cheaper would be great!
Any tips gratefully received!
Failing that, a decent cab firm?

I agree with mummycat. Driving whilst in labour is risky - for other road users besides yourself and the baby. Friends, neighbours and relatives will surely help if they can - even at 3am. Don't be afraid to ask!

We got a lift to the hospital last time (going over the road bumps was pretty painful I remember) so yes, I think it's a cab ride this time too, unless like you say it's a night /early hours job. And no, def not planning on driving myself...!

You can park along Lewisham Park on the other side of the main road. I think its 40p an hour using the pay machines. It's free after 7.00 pm and on Sundays.
