Scam/Spam Freecycle/Freegle/Freegive
This is what I said:
You may wish to ask your local trading standards office if they are happy with Freegive's required legal declarations. So exactly where have I lied?
If you would do the courtesy of responding to that - we might, if you wish, move on to the other claims you make about Frenzarin, myself, Freecycle & Freegle.

You can confirm this by going to the referenced sites plus the Nominet Whois here: http://webwhois.nic.uk/cgi-bin/whois.cg ... give.co.ukFreegive appears to be a direct copy of Freecycle - except it withholds details about itself on a declaration that it is a non-trading individual. But go to the site and it is pushing paid for ads. I can't reconcile the two! A poster at http://transitiontowns.org/forum/ added:
"Freegive is basically a clone of Freecycle, right down to scraping the text from the webpages, then cosmetically rebranding it. It looks to me like it's a scam to get people to donate, or advertise, to make money."
