My daughter got an extra 18th birthday card.

"From Jim Dowd MP & Lewisham West Labour Party"

Bit cheesy I thought with an upcoming election she can now participate in and somebody's job at stake.

But then I thought again. If he don't catch 'em young he may not catch 'em at all. Now I don't know if Jim is a Jesuit but at least he is trying. So I guess my real question is where was the Lib Dem & Tory cards?

Come on - some people need all the birthday cards they can get. Or is Lewisham West now regarded as a one party state?
