Mr MiniFox and I need to redo our will as we have a miniMiniFox on the way. The solicitor I was going to use is miles away and we cant get there before MMF arrives. Can anyone recommend a local or regional solicitor please?

Additionally, I am now struggling to bend in the middle and so conveniently finding housework a challenge. Looking for a domestic cleaner, but not been overwhelmed with feedback regarding agencies.

Advice on both really welcomed. Pls feel free to PM me
Thanks all
Have a good day!

You could try Paul Strube of Strube & Co (based on Sydenham Road; google "strube & co"). I've used him before for buying my house in Syd and I thought he did a good job for me and kept me informed at all times on progress - I'm pretty sure he does wills too. I'm using him again too for something else.

1) Armstrongs at the bottom of Dartmouth Road are very good solicitors.

2) Re a cleaner, try this number (in an ad on the back of Families magazine): 07767 034 045. It's for a cleaner (not an agency) who works in Sydenham - she will sort out your house, do your ironing, change your bedlinen etc. "Experienced, excellent reference, honest and hard working".
