Can anyone recommend a good property management company?

Hi All

I'm looking for a property management firm who can oversee the maintenance and cleaning of the common parts of a small block of leasehold flats in Sydenham, and also deal with buildings insurance and ground rent payments.

Can anyone recommend a decent firm, ideally based in (or with a good knowledge of and reliable contractors in) south east London?

Ideally the firm and/or its employees would be a member of a relevant professional body, e.g. RICS or the Association of Residential Managing Agents.

Any suggestions?
