Shooting: Wells Park Road

A man has died and two others have been left injured after a shooting in Sydenham.

The incident happened in Wells Park Road at around 10.10am today (November 10).

Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man who had been shot.

According to ITV London News it was Dallas Road which runs off Wells Park Road. I recall Dallas Road was home to a heavy duty criminal some years ago.

Wells Park Road at the Kirkdale junction was taped off this afternoon (Monday) with a forensics person checking the road.

BBC London had a short report tonight which largely featured the East Street market stabbing.
