virgin broadband

Hi all

has anyone else having problems with virgin cable broadband. Mine hasn't been working since the day before and still down this morning.

hi mike,

i'm also in the peak hill area on virgin cable and when i got home yesterday evening my connection was down. I thought it no coincidence that the road outside was being dug up to replace all the water pipes. However i unplugged my router for 20 seconds, plugged it back in and that solved the issue. If you don't have a router try the same with the modem.
