Performance of GP surgeries in SE London.

NewsShopper has published its survey of many factors that measure patient satisfaction with their GP surgeries.

It reports that Sydenham Green Group Practice was one of the poorer performers in terms of ease in getting through to the surgery.

Survey shows best and worst GPs in south east London

The GP practice with the lowest percentage of respondents saying it was 'Easy' to get through to their GP on the phone was St John's Medical Centre in Lewisham, with just 29 per cent.

Elsewhere, low scores in this regard were also recorded for the Sydenham Green Group Practice (32 per cent), Welling Medical Practice (33 per cent) and Station Road Surgery in Sidcup (36 per cent).

I totally agree as I find it virtually impossible to get through to the surgery on the phone.

It is very hard to make contact with the surgery. The only time I get a response is by using the NHS AskFirst app. not everyone can use the app though.
