Recommendation needed for specialist brickwork restoration

I can't leave it another year without getting the exterior of my house painted and getting the pointing redone. I have some decorative brickwork that needs special attention. And when it's all done I'd like to get it sealed with one of those porous but waterproof invisible seals.

Can anyone recommend a company that specialises in exterior restoration? My general builder has given me an eye-watering estimate, so I'd be interested to see what a specialist would charge.

I think the guys at Havelock Walk might know someone or V22 who have a maintenance team that look after the Louise House building on Dartmouth Rd, both are in our group as well as traders that don't have shop fronts.
