Recommendations for Gym/Football sessions for 5 y/o

I'm a local dad with an energetic 5 year old boy who's taken an interest in Football and Gymnastics....

Any recommendations/pointers/experience into some good local sessions..?

Hiya, our 6 year old is football mad and goes to Peckham Rye on a Saturday morning, I don't know whether that's too far for you, but its run by Athenlay Football club where Rio Ferdinand started off, so comes highly recommended!!
If you want something a little closer, then a friend sent me info about a club at Forest Hill Sports Centre - info@protechsports.co.uk 0207 101 4187 - professional coached, 1 hour classes from reception age upwards £5 per session.
