Our boiler broke down on our return from holiday and so we had no hot water (and we had guests arriving). I found Allan via this forum and rang him.. and he answered straight away and was round that same evening to see what was what; (a broken computer chip within the facia). Next day he was back and had fixed the problem, and given the boiler a much needed service, before I got home from work. He is courteous, honest, communicative and very prompt.
