The presentation will be focus on the health services as we have a speaker from Healthwatch and the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) who work closely with local GPs.
The police will be giving an update on the murder investigation at Wells Park Road and we are in discussion on building more community engagement following the recent meetings at the TNG.
Gavin Cooper from Lewisham Planning Department will once again be providing an update on The Greyhound. Following the local elections I have attended a meeting with Purelake and Hexagon to discuss how we can take the situation forward to ensure a commercially viable pub.
We will also have an update on the Action Plan setting out the top five priorities for Sydenham and what we need to do to deliver:
- bringing the community together – intergenerational and intercultural activities
- health, wellbeing and community safety
- vibrant high street
- clean and green – helping to keep Sydenham streets clean and appealing
- transport improvements
