Come and join us for a morning Zumba class at Aspire Wellbeing Center, 1 Park Hall Rd, SE21 8EH . Start your day moving and dancing to latin and world music. Routines are fun and easy to follow. All ages from 16 onward and all abilities welcome.
£6 per class or £30 monthly fee and come to all lessons Tuesdays and Thursdays.
