Fairlawn Park Loft Conversion

Has anybody in Fairlawn Park had a dormer loft conversion, or a quote for a dormer loft conversion, recently? If so, what was the cost? I'm in the process of buying the freehold to my property and need to find out what value, if any, a one bedroom dormer loft conversion would add to the property. For the sake of the freehold cost I'm hoping not much!
