Moving to Peak Hill, Sydenham

Hi Sydenham forum folk. I am thinking of moving to Peak Hill in Sydenham into one of the maisonettes
opposite Brasted Close and wondered if it was a nice safe friendly part of town to move my family to.
Sydenham seems to have a nice community spirit which I think would be very important for me.

Remember these are only part of the story and you can't beat speaking to people who actually live there.

I live on Brasted Close opposite Peak Hill and it's great! I have a young family, I have lots of amenities nearby, including a swimming pool within a 10 minute walk, good schools, good and s**t shops and generally nice people. Some nutters around, but that's life...
I have no idea about what the Met Police say, I'm just saying what I see and feel.
