Rod if you are talking about the work on Hazel Grove then this estate is part of Lewisham Homes - an ALMO responsible for managing and maintaining these homes. The Chief Executive is Andew Potter so if you would like to make him aware of your observations then I am sure he will look into this. The work will have been tendered with a contract setting out what is to be delivered for a fixed price. This may be a case of the private contractor needing to review methods of working.
