Off-topic: Bromley Road photos

This has been bothering me for quite some time now... can anyone please identify which part of Bromley Road these photos were taken? Bottom one is titled "something Mills" and taken in 1913! Bromley Road isn't in Sydenham, but is part of the Lewisham Borough.
