Does anyone know of any gyms in the local area that don't require a long term membership?
I am visiting family in Sydenham for 3 months and need access to a gym.

Not sure if still relevant but Energie in FH do short term contract. It doesn't have swimming pool though. http://www.energiefitnessclubs.com/foresthill/
