Tree down on Dartmouth Road

Right on the Sydenham Forest Hill border, next to Sydenham Girls School.
The strong winds overnight cause the large tree to tilt over the road. A double-decker bus then hit the tree very early this morning, ripping the crash bar off the side of the upper deck.
Buses were diverted up Kirkdale and the tree-felling work should be completed in the next hour, with Dartmouth Road re-opened to buses and traffic

I saw the tree guys working on it at about 9.20 this morning (they hadn't closed the road to buses yet.) That tree has always been an accident waiting to happen and should have been removed ages ago, in my opinion.
