From what I remember, there were some promoted events held there 6-7 years ago. The house was owned by a Christian commune who would lease the property out to organisers. Though they fell foul of some licensing act and were shut down.
Before that I've heard that it held some even wilder parties during the 80's and early 90s as it was a student residency owned by Kings.
The place is run-down now and owned by a woman that used to walk around Sydenham with a rabbit in a pouch on her chest. So don't expect any invites soon.
