Well it has been 99 years!

All features from the Festival of Empire 1911, the background is the back of the "Mountain Railway."

Can't remember what the Tower is called, but as you can see it provided access to the top of the railway.

So this photo is taken looking from what was originally a fountain basin, at this point a cycle track, and is now the site of the [listed] swimming pool looking towards what was then the football ground and is now the site of a stadium.
