Apex Capital Partners, the property developers who bought the Livesey Memorial Hall, have resurfaced. They are taking their plans in pre-application discussions with Lewisham. They want to build over four tennis courts, against the London Plan. Given the permenant closure of the Bridge leisure centre, we simply cannot afford to lose any more community facilities.
