Another smash on Lawrie Park Road

Another week, another smash. Just yards from last week's flattening of the central reservation we have three written off cars blocking Lawrie Park Road. Occurred at 6:30am. Somehow I don't think the 20mph limit was being fully observed. Nowhere is safe - the footpah or pedestrian refuge. What can be done to stop it?
