Cobbs Corner - 1-3 Spring Hill Planning Application

Seen there has been a recent planning application for 19 bedsit units (HMO) 1-3 Spring Hill opp the Sainsbury Local in the Cobbs Corner building. Does anyone know anything more about this?

It's certainly about time something was done with that Snooker hall.
