Defeat in the High Court has not killed the plan for the development with 50% social housing. The council has taken note of the omissions and errors in the original. A revised and expanded plan goes before Lewisham’s strategic planning committee next week, which has again been recommended for approval by council planning officers.
Friends of Mais House were reported to be "disappointed". Possibly an understatement?
