Flat rate £220.00

All windows cleaned (inside only)
Skirting cleaned and washed
Wooden floors washed /carpets hoovered / washed (Karcher hire not included in price)
Light switches cleaned
Doors wiped down
Door handles wiped down

Oven cleaned inside and out
Cooker tops cleaned
All wall sockets wiped down
Freezer cleaned inside and out
Fridge cleaned inside and out
Cupboards cleaned and washed inside and out.

Blinds cleaned and dusted (if present)

A full inventory and checklist will be given on completion.

Please note: if you would like the carpets cleaned in the property then there will be a hire fee for the Karcher which will be charged at cost (£25.00)
