Incident at Penge McDonalds

Trying to find out what was happening at Penge McDonalds this afternoon: with 2 ambulances, over half-a-dozen police cars and the place taped off, it didn't look good Nothing on local TV, teletext, News Shopper and Evening Standard websites that I could see.

I've also been searching online to see what happened. When I got caught up in the traffic jam outside McDs, there were 9 police cars and vans and another on its way, then the emergency medical car arrived.
I was told by Greggs staff that they had been told it was a stabbing inside McDs. But the medical team seemed to take a long time to arrive.
No doubt we will find out tomorrow.

Thanks - less serious than one might have thought, I guess. I too had heard something about knives, but didn't know if it was only hearsay.
