Veggie & vegan cafe
Veggie & vegan cafe
Wandering down the high street today I noticed that, despite a rather fabulous variety of eateries, we don't have anywhere that is specifically veggie or vegan. Would such an establishment (on the lines of the lovely Domali, up at Crystal Palace) be welcomed, or avoided?
Re: Veggie & vegan cafe
speaking as a vegetarian, I would definitely frequent a local vegetarian cafe/restaurant.

Is the casbah place open in the evenings?

Am I mistaken in thinking it's a sofa at the back of the shop where the eating area is?
Re: Veggie & vegan cafe
I am not vegetarian but I think a Domali style cafe would be great.

@ Ruby - Yes, there isn't a separate dining room (that I know of). They do takeaway though. I had one of their dishes, like a spicy veggie cottage pie, which was very tasty.
@ Bovine Juice: I keep forgetting to ask what time it closes, as not sure if it's the same every day. There's a number on their website if you want to give them a ring: https://www.facebook.com/CalabashOfCulture
