We're finally selling our much beloved playhouse as we just have to claim some of our daughters' bedroom back! Pretty much as you see here http://www.hasbro.com/common/instruct/68601.pdf we have the house, washing machine, cooker and sink. I'm sure we have the cot in the loft somewhere (my girls never played with baby dolls) so will add that in too, plus have a wooden dolly highchair that don't think was part of the set but all adds to the fun.

As you can imagine it has been well used and loved, but fully functioning and no rips, tears or broken bits, but does have the odd smudge here and there.
Smoke and pet-free home, collect from Sydenham. Buyer please collect promptly, will need large car boot to take it away!
