Does if you're the 4.

I'm sure we can make the sides fairly even...which is another way of saying us OAPs get to play in the team of 5, the youngsters have too much energy!

Great game last night. Really enjoyed it.

Here's a quick update on the finances.

- Funds inherited from Ali B: £42.00
- Cost of replacing Biscuitman1978's ball lost at a previous game (agreed with Ali B): -£7.00
- Monies owed due to previous overpayment (I will PM each of you about this): -£41.50
* Parklife @ £2.00
* Marathon @ £7.00
* Joe P @ £14.00
* Biscuitman1978 @ £18.50
- Week#1 (no game): Goals fee -£0.00; payment by players +£0.00
- Week#2: Goals fee -£58.90; payment by players +£71.50 (11 players @ £6.50 each)

So: 42.00 - 7.00 - 41.50 - 58.90 + 71.50 = £6.10

i.e. we have £6.10 in the kitty

Please post your availability for Wednesday 30 September, back at the usual time of 8pm.

So far:
- Marathon
- Biscuitman1978

If we have ten confirmed by 12pm on Monday 28 September I'll book the pitch; if not, the match is off.

Provided I can book online the fee will be £6 each from now on.

Count me in - I'll see how many Balhamites I can round up but should be usual 2 minimum.

I'm in next week and will see if Mark and Sean are available if the numbers aren't looking good

Sounds good to me - have taken a quick straw poll and 3 of my 5 have declared themselves 'out' next week, unfortunately. The other 2 are yet to confirm, so best get the '3 line whip' out and see who we can rustle up.

Have a great weekend chaps.

Can't play this week as I am being forced to relax on a beach, it's tough I know. Should be back next week (Oct 7th) though.

Cheers Trickster

Morning all,
Unfortunately at the moment, it's still just me (the other two haven't confirmed).

Looks like we're a few short.

So far we have:
- Marathon
- Biscuitman1978
- Joe Pineapples
- Sydenham Boy
- Donny (plus two unconfirmed)
- Diamondmaker

Unfortunately that's only six (or possibly eight).

So I'm afraid football is OFF this week. Sorry guys.
