Drove past last night and it looked very closed with quite a bit of construction type rubbish out front. Any idea when the new opening date is?

the Goldsmiths - as Antic have renamed it - opened last Thursday and is a useful boost to Penge and the area in general. They are doing food quite yet until the kitchen etc is complete, but it won't be long.

Pub chain Antic has agreed to take over a disused building in Bromley and has its sights set on a haberdashers in Penge

More good news for Penge - cafe by day and bar/restaurant by night. There's also a brilliant pizzeria just opened on the High St that is getting fully booked every night (it's opposite the Kent House Academy).
