Phil's back up here tomorrow so you may get something from him once he's back in the London groove.

Phil's already in, Saul. Unfortunately Ric/Paul is in Tanzania poaching ivory, so we can't ask him. There must be one more we can press-gang?

I'm not going completely loopy bro. Whilst I hadn't looked at the previous page for his post, he was missing from the list when I posted. Look at the edit!
Anyway. Game on. Looking forward to it and the new league table of goals.

Goals is all booked 5aside! Richard is bring a new player so hopefully we will start making numbers again!
Plus if we want to get the 7's pitch each week we need to make some commitment to it! or we will lost it or have to change venue! so we need to discuss this...
Pitch prices have also gone up! so hopefully this wont stop people from coming just means your be paying 8quid weather we on 5 or 7 pitch!
looks like we will have 11 tonight which is a good start to the year! hopefully we will have more next week

Hi,
Apologies if this message is unwarranted.
I just wanted to point out that I used to use a forum for organising 5-a-side, but discovered the following website about 2 years ago.
http://toepoke.co.uk
Honesty it works really well.
Hope this helps,
Chitty.

Epic game to start the new year. I scored 5.
That's goal of the year, save of the year and most improved player of the year bagged then. I'll leave the rest of you to fight over the scraps over the next 11 months. Thank you and goodnight.

Hello Gents,
I read your post on the Beckenham forum.
I'd be keen to play on a regular basis. I say "regular", however, I can't make the 18th or 25th but am good for next week and then Feb 1st onwards!
I'm hoping one of you is well qualified in CPR.....

Welcome MancExile - fear not we've had to deal with collapsing players before...well I say dealt with it, we actually watched in mild astonishment as one of the guys had a 'turn', left the pitch and collapsed behind a hoarding, before playing on.

Excellent. There's nothing worse than someone making a fuss when you're having a turn.......or a mild coronary.
Sign me up.

Excellent. We play at Goals on Copers Cope Road in Lower Sydenham/Beckenham (BR3 1NZ). It's astroturf so you'll need trainers rather than studs. Shinpads optional but recommended!
We meet in the bar at Goals at 8:15pm for an 8:30pm kick off. I'll PM you my mobile number in case you can't find us.

MancExile welcome aboard!
Right before we lose the pitch i'm going to block book us on the 7's pitch for the next 10 weeks! so PLEASE comfirm early and make yourself avaliable!
Goals have put their prices up so there will hardly be a difference between playing on the 5's or 7's pitch so each week it will be £8 regardless of pitch size! any extra will go in the pot for either a summer drink up ( if we have enough ) or to cover the next Christmas meal!
So Please Please try and bring the right amount! and I'll try bring some change but as we dont have a kitty built up yet bring 8 quid!
Subs from last week £7
Ben
Saul
Fletch
Chris
Barry or darren ( sorry can't remember )
As from next week i will also be taking everyone's mobile numbers! As alot are leaving it late to post on the forum it's hard to know weather to downgrade to the 5's or not! Plus i dont want to keep having to check the fourm 10times a day to see who's coming! Still post so other members can see even if you get a text from me!
Good game last night guys! looking forward to playing on the 7's next week! have a good week!
