Marv is on holiday I'm afraid.
We (well you Alex) have paid £200 deposit (20 people x £10 a head). The meals are £17.50 each so if we only get 16 people not 20 we will owe £280 so will owe them £80 on top of the deposit so nothing needs to come out of the kitty surely?
