It was dickp. I was merely pointing out that El Syd's 3 posts were all rubbish on the same thread - not that your thread was rubbish.

My favourite is the following characters (I was trying to find the one titled 'Dawn Chorus' which was the funniest).

Apart from the usual 'wants' such as greengrocers, deli's and butchers the only other gaps in the market (that come to mind!) around Kirkdale are a Threshers/Oddbins type offie, a florist, card/gift shop, oh, and a pound shop (!)...

Mind you, I didn't see the fancy dress shop coming though..!

Well does anyone know what this shop is going to be? or is everyone going off the topic,sounds like half of this should be in the town pub section.
