Still crocked I'm afraid. Got an appointment with a sports injury doc tomorrow, so hopefully should find out how long this is going to take to sort out.

I'm out until mid-August - I'm doing the London tri on the 7th and don't want to take the risk of getting injured again so close to that date.

Sorry for confirming a little later than normal. We've hit 8 confirmed so I'll go ahead and book the 5s pitch.

Be great to see you back Droidy.

Cheers Bazwaldo,

I make us 9. I'm hopeful that the imminent return of a few regulars (Biscuitman and Droidy for example) as of next week might enable us to go back on the 7s. The 7s pitch is eminently more suited to my "up and at 'em British style approach of push and run".

Just as an advance word of warning I'm in Canada from Aug28 through to Sep12. Would be nice if someone could step forward who hasn't been the gaffer before and cover for those 2 games...

Fully understood mate. Look forward to seeing you soon after your triathlon and good luck for it. Remember to carbo load/take plenty of fluid on board/punch through the wall and all that w*nk that Sports Scientists/trainers spout!
