We are currently 9 players for this week. If we can get one more by E.O.P. today i'll book the 5s, 3 or more and I'll book the 7s.
Another 238 views [at the time of writing] and we'll have reached 100,000 views! Considering there's only about 30 of us in total that's phenomenal - or are the RSS feeds getting counted also?

I'm happy to play 4-a-side - could do with the run-around. But it's not ideal. Have we heard from trickster/aidan/bazwaldo?

I am definitely in this week if it is still on. Sorry (again) that I was late I tried to get on twice this morning but failed.

Cheers Dickie,
Seeing as we're 9 with you I'll go ahead and book the pitch. IF anyone confirms between now and Weds as extra I'll see if we can upgrade to the 7s if we become 12 or thereabouts...

Cheers Cyclesteve and Banksy.
I've booked the 5s; as we're on the 5s it'll only be £6 this week.
We are now 11 so if we do happen to get one more I'll upgrade us to the 7s - which will be £7.
See you all at ~8.20 tomorrow night in reception.

Don't go rushing to book 7s pitch cos of diamondmaker's inclusion... just got word Donny can't make it

I haven't Chief. Donny texted me last night and with Diamondmaker's addition we're still not enough for the 7s. So we're still on the 5s; rolling subs I think.

I hadn't expected either marathon nor Joe Pineapples to make it, what with your injuries. The slight shame of it is that Joe Pineapples being missing means there wasn't any Balham representation last week so I'm hopeful that Droidy and big Phil can rock up to...'rep ur endz' (or whatever the chavs say when banging on about postcodes and all that gang malarkey)!
As for my own tale of woe. Back on Naproxen and Co-codamol (Middlesbrough: might take you up on that offer of the 30/500 mg?) so that I can breathe and sleep as the ribs and intercostal muscles are very heavily bruised. The Doctor naturally suggested I take a 4-6 week break but I'm a) a man and b) stupid...so:

Unfortunately the local crew don't travel well without the Balham Taxi Service...in all fairness, it's a bit of a schlep to get across there without a car. Droid's a keen cyclist so you might persuade him to bike over, although he too has a long-standing injury I believe. Phil stays in Central London (only works up here during the week) and it's a heck of a journey from there, for a kickabout.
Rest assured, normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.
