Man in street

[Sydenham local]

This morning around 7.40am, there was a man standing/dancing in the middle of the road, he was not fazed by the traffic and did not move out of the way. I was concerned that he may cause an accident and so contacted the police. Did anyone else witness it and does anyone know if he was ok etc?

This is a regular phenomenon in urban areas often caused by intoxication.
