Some time ago I registered with Cyclehoop to suggest Sydenham as a location for a new 'bikehangar' - see http://www.cyclehoop.com/product/bike-l ... ke-hangar/.
Bikehangars offer secure storage for bikes for a small fee - ideal for residents of flats with nowhere to store a bike.
I believe that Lewisham Council has taken up the idea (see http://www.foresthillsociety.com/2013/0 ... -hall.html) and selected some trial locations in Ardmere Cottages (Hither Green), Childeric Road (New Cross), Foreshore (Deptford) and Millard Road (Deptford) (see http://lewishamcyclists.co.uk/wp-conten ... 0115a.docx).

Done! I just popped in my address and sent a request.. I wonder whether in hindsight if might be better for others to put in addresses as already existing requests (see map) which are near them (rather then own road etc) to increase chance of placement?
