Free training scheme for young event managers at SAF 2014

Sydenham Arts Festival is looking for TRAINEE EVENT MANAGERS to shadow our team members before and during Sydenham Arts Festival 2014 (5-20 July). Successful applicants will take part in a 10-wek traineeship programme and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a choice of one of the following areas: event planning, marketing/box office, operations/logistics, volunteer management/public relations or finance/admin. Applications are encouraged from those who may not yet have relevant experience but who are willing to learn, and from anyone with an interest in pursuing a career in one of these areas. Sydenham Arts Festival will cover reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and provide refreshments where necessary.

Application deadline: Midday on 19th May 2014.

Just a note to say that the correct email address to apply for this traineeship is emt@sydenhamartsfestival.co.uk

The address was correct in the original post, but incorrect in the document if you opened the google drive link

We have extended the deadline to apply until Monday 19 May. Interviews will take place later this week and next week. There are 12 places available on this exciting 10-week course
