More good news on the pub front!

I have just had a tour of the Fox and Hounds, or Fox's as it will be known when it re-opens in a couple of weeks or so after refurbishment. The bar fittings appear to be being retained.

Fox's will have several screens for live sport, although these will operate separately depending on demand. There will also be a pool table in the middle room. Unfortunately the lantern ceiling of this room has been boarded over because of an earlier complaint by a neighbouring resident about noise and light pollution.

There is also a conservatory and a good size garden with a barbecue. Real ale will be on offer and I understand that the plan is to serve up-market pub grub, but not gastro food.
