Pilates class in Sydenham?

My physiotherapist has recommended I take a pilates class, does anyone know of a good one in Sydenham (or Forest Hill)? TIA

I go (or at least try to!) twice a week at forest hill pools not too far from kirkdale corner. I find the classes a pretty good workout and although fairly full on the instructor that I've experienced is pretty helpful. The classes off the top of my head are Monday 8pm, Thursday 6pm, Friday 8.30pm and sat morning sometime. I'm pretty sure they have at least one during the week in the day.

Only bad things are it's not what I would say is relaxing at all (if that's part of what you were hoping to get) and the classes get booked up very quickly on the whole so have to book exactly 7 days in advance (the earliest possible!) to bag a spot most of the time.

Ps: you can get a free day pass to look around and do classes etc so worth enquiring bout that when/if booking to get a free sesh

There is a Pilates class in Silverdale Sydenham I think if you google Pilates Sydenham you should find it, they also do a class in st barts on thurs evenings. My friend does this one and has good reports of it. . I go to Beckenham spa where there are a variety of Pilates classes at different times.
